Hell, I took the picture of the back of my disc because it was cracked and you could see the crack better that way. I then realized after I sent it that I'm an idiot and there was no way to tell it was even a Sims 2 disc because the label was down. The guy told me not to worry about it and gave me the Ultimate Collection anyway.

Not sure which pack or computer to buy? ♢ Practical links. Hey, I know this was probably asked a thousand times.So, I contacted EA support and asked if there was a way I could get TS2 Ultimate Edition. They said the promotion ended a while ago and that they need proof of ownership of TS2 to be able to add the game to my origin.
I said I don't have it but I own TS3 and 4 if that helps. They said nope.So, is there any other alternative? Can I buy a CD key from anywhere?
I don't want to resort to piracy here. ThanksEdit: I finally solved it with he help of the comments and they gave me the full game on Origin! I just downloaded an image of the disk from the internet and gave them the picture, THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!!

Just sharing my story if anyone stumbles across this thread at some point looking for answers.I got the full pack a year ago after hearing about it but had no copy of TS2. I did however have a physical copy of TS2 Pets. After establishing this, the customer support guy on the live chat asked for photos of the disc.I had to write something on my disc - I think the matching serial from the leaflet, or maybe the date? It’s been a while - and then he added the entire pack to my account.I have no idea why they don’t just put it up on Origin for free at this point but there you go.

I don't see why it wouldn't. They don't ask for proof that you actually possess the disc. At least they didn't for me. I could have pulled the picture from anywhere.
